Education is our basic right. To enter into the world of cumulative knowledge, education is the prime gateway.

Along with regular primary and secondary (basic) education programs, special education models, such as evening schooling for elderly and disadvantage groups are very common in many countries. Governments, UN organizations, NGOs, CBOs are designing and implementing many programs to attract youth and elderly people in basic education.

However, following the models on night/evening school, many universities are designing and executing evening PhD program. Do we really need such programs? What is the goal of such program: Research or Money?
