Through the answers I am planning to get an information about the three subjects related yo leadership and if they are essential while being a leader in the intetnational company or not necessary?
My opinion about the 3Ps of leadership is; we shouldn't consider it serious. It's a magazines situation rather than an academic discussion. So I can't say it's definitely essential for being an international leader.
What are the Three P’s Of Leadership, are they:
1. Passion
2. Patriotism
3. Progressiveness
Or
4. Passion.
5. Purpose
6. Protection
Or
1. Passion
2. Planning
3. Persistence
Or
1. People
2. Path
3. Process
In my opinion, although it is not on the list above, Proactive leader is the most essential .
I completely agree with Berat's comment, these 3Ps do not come out of research and can definitively not be the basis for research. I suggest to read Mark E. Mendenhall (see RG or Google Scholar pages) as a key author on Global Leadership!

Even though I do not treat 3Ps as a base for my methodology in the leadership field, strongly believe that it is valuable to mention 3Ps (even if that comes from commercial industries) in the research of leadership. M. Weber, Machiavelli or Platon wrote the essential pieces in the subject so thank you Anne Bartel-Radic for suggestion about Mark E. Mendenhall 😉
3P is a perfectly suitable formula for training TOR managers. But like any formula, it approximates reality. Future leaders need to be told that this is mainly, but not only that.
I believe Patriotism can work if the leader thinks of himself/herself as a Global citizen.
