In studying Hubbard or t-J model in context of cuprates we come across spin and charge gap. are these gaps equivalent to superconducting gap as known for conventional superconductors?also another gap psuedogap is present in the phase diagram. how are they related?

There are some connection between the charge and the spin gap, the reference given as----. V Barzykin, D Pines, A Sokol, and D Thelen, Phys. Rev. B 48, 1544 (1994).
But in case of pseudogap in superconductivity, charge may not be related directly to spin gaps.
except in the very early stage of charge density waves,or related spin density waves,
today it is thought that these have nothing to do with superconductivity. You can push
CDWs with an electric field and see the noise, but they dont move by themselvs.
