I made projected temperature on rainfall in three interval: 2030; 2060; 2090. Do any projected temperature/rainfall by 2030 should have a similar value for RCP2.6 and RCP4.5 scenarios?
Yes, slightly they can. Because, the distinct differences between the scenarios have been seen by starting almost from 2025. Check van Vuuren et al. (2011) or IPCC AR5.
Both RCP 2.6 and RCP 4.5 represents relatively lower GHG emissions. The concentration of GHG gases are nearly same( CO2-about 400ppm;CH4-about 1800 ppm;N2O-about 320 ppm) for both of the scenario around 2030.So, you may expect that difference of projected temperature or rainfall bettween two RCPs around 2030 will be quite small.
Indeed by 2030, the difference between the projections RCP2.6 and RCP4.5 might not be large following the closeness of the CO2 eq. ppm for the considered time horizon. You may like to check Figure 2 of the paper below where the expected differences between the scenarios from both the CMIP3 and CMIP5 are highlighted. The paper also considers RCP4.5, RCP6.0 and RCP8.5 for daily rainfall future projection series of the periods 2050s and 2090s.
