So far, research that I've read looks at creative ways that dark triad personalities use to manipulate people for their own benefit. Or, they are creative at being dishonest. 

I wonder if this creative aspect that they have suggests that they are inherently better at solving problems, and whether this can be a positive aspect? This is in mind that workplaces now look at innovative individuals, who are able to bring forward fresh ideas.
