We purchased Nexfin haemodynamic monitor in the year 2010 (Model No: NXOMQ-ES-0376-02, Model 1 and S/N : YM100807 Dt 2010-08). We used this in a study to measure cardiovascular responses to stress. We are currently planning to use this devise again in a similar study and looking for finger cuffs. However, I came to know that Nexfin no longer exists and ClearSight cuffs are available based on this technology. I would be grateful for any advice on how to procure finger cuffs for the above Nexfin equipment.
The Edwards ClearSight system is based on the NexFin system but the finger cuffs are not interchangeable. Edwards acquired BMEYE, the manufacturer of the NexFin system, in 2012 and has since discontinued support of the NexFin system. You may be able to find compatible NexFin cuffs through WR Medical Electronics (wrmed.com).
