Before annealing I got around 200 K ohms sheet resistance for precursor and after annealing that value increases. Here I used hydrated Indium (iii) nitrate and an-hydrated SnCl4 as initial materials and PVA 3wt% as stabilizer. (volume ratio of cation solution and PVA was 1:1)  If anybody knows the reason please let me know.
