Hello everyone,

I along with few of my colleagues are planning to do systematic review on Covid patients with particular sign ,symptoms and clinical implications mentioned in various published articles eg case report, case series etc across the globe and trying to predict overall trend and its clinical relevance in healthcare. As there is no intervention is involved in this study we will not be doing meta analysis.

As the internet search for systematic review in google mention 6-12 months, could anybody tell me does it really take that much time to complete SR?As all the systematic review which are performed are different,I would like to know whether we can complete SR in shorter time by spending more times,by contribution from all authors? Also can anybody tell ,which stage of SR takes maximum time? Also can anybody tell me is Prospero registration is mandatory to do SR and to get publication in journal and indexed article in Pubmed central?

Hope I will get clarification of my queries.

Regards,
