Can anyone please suggest appropriate scales for measuring university graduates' voluntary and involuntary unemployment, subjective and objective employability and visible and invisible underemployment?

I'm wondering if there is anything in this paper, but I haven't see the full text:

This was the detail given in Google Scholar:
"It is not simply about measuring graduate employment rates via “destination .... It will be interesting to see what other RG members suggest.
