Can anyone please suggest appropriate scales for measuring university graduates' voluntary and involuntary unemployment, subjective and objective employability and visible and invisible underemployment?
I'm wondering if there is anything in this paper, but I haven't see the full text:
Nabi, G. R. (2003). Graduate employment and underemployment: opportunity for skill use and career experiences amongst recent business graduates. Education+ Training, 45(7), 371-382.
"It is not simply about measuring graduate employment rates via “destination .... Recent graduates who had obtained an undergraduate degree in business from a ... the voluntary nature of the survey, the completion of several scales, and that .... and any time not spent working after graduation e.g. involuntary unemployment)."
It will be interesting to see what other RG members suggest.
Very best wishes,
Mary
