Hello!

I'm running some basic analyses on a set of flowmetry traces, (blood flow return after occlusion, time to hyperemia peak, things like that) and am unsure how to approach the noise that sometimes shows up during the occlusion period where participant's cutaneous flow should go to biological zero. In some situations it's clearly muscle artifacts and I remove them accordingly, but in others the noise is consistent and I have no notes of any movement in my activity log. Should I just interpolate out everything and assume it was some glitch? In a few situations I've gotten a negative hyperemia pay back as a result of this noise, which is of course pretty unlikely.

thanks so much for any help!
