Many job opportunities are published online and encouraging a lot of qualified job seekers to apply. Afterwards, the applicants receive a confirmation for their application and often after a while they receive either an invitation for an interview or a message containing "unfortunately", "we regret", and/or "better suited than you" phrases... I really hope that every job applicant, whether has been short-listed or not, would receive a final notification that the applicant "X" or "Y" is the finally selected applicant. This would help many job seekers worldwide to understand what they have to improve, what better suits them, and their exact position in this kind of competitions. Why this is not yet the conventional regime?!
