Aortic Ring Assay Software?

I have to perform an Aortic Ring Assay to measure angiogenesis in different conditions, but I don’t know which software can be used to analyze the photos, any suggestions?

I use the image J Software in cell culture angiogenesis studies after converting the images to back and white.
