Anyone working with N-FMOC-ethylenediamine HCl faced any difficulties with it in respect to its solubility?

So far i have tried NMP, DCM, DMF but usually it tends to precipitate out after few minutes. I usually add required quantity of base to the solvent to neutralise the salt followed by stirring the Fmoc protected diamine in the solvent for few minutes.
