Anyone knows the core conserved moifs of each domains of polyketide synthases(PKS)?

I want to analyse some protein sequences to see if they have PKS activity.

So does anyone knows the core conserved sequences of each domains of polyketide synthases?Or if possible ,how can I obtain the motif by myself through the Internet?
