Dear all. I would like to perform a biomass analysis of plant tissues. I need, basically, to determine in a quantitative way the amount of starch, cell wall, nucleic acids, proteins, lipids, soluble metabolites, total content of carbon, total content of nitrogen. I have funds to perform this analysis, but need to perform than in the next 30-45 days (at least have the samples being analyzed). The number of samples is around 36, including Arabidopsis and other 2 species of similar size. I do not have students to go abroad to run the analysis nor have anyone in here to analyze mass spectra results, so they should come interpreted. Many thanks.
Dear Ricardo Nilo Poyanco, Some institutes perform these sort of analysis on payment. Secondly why not start a collaboration with other scientists who can run your analysis.
