What is the scope and styesheet of journal and through which portal we can submit the manuscripts

Currently we have only email submission facility.

Formatted manuscripts must be in MS Word form (.doc and .docx format) and may be submitted by email attachment to the Editor-in-Chief at [email protected]

Environmental Biotechnology-which includes bioremediation,waste management, pollutants,hazards and their remedies.

Medical Biotechnology-dealing with diseases and their solutions using biotechnological tools,current developments in medical diaganostics like innovative ideas,techniques, instruments and so on.

Bioinformatics-Use of bioinformatics tools in drug designing, prediction of protein structures,development of new algorithms for innovative tools,databases etc.

Plant Biotechnology-latest devolopments from plant biology including plant tissue culture,stress resistance,hybridization,improvement of crop variety,genetic variation studies and so on.

New Biology- including advanced molecular biology,genetic engineering and latest technologies which could be revolutionary in the future.

The Journal welcomes the submission of manuscripts that meet the general criteria of significance and scientific excellence. All articles published in Biotechnological Research will be gone through double blind peer review.Papers are strictly accepted only after satisfied revision only..

Just out of curiosity, why should anyone submit to your journal? What is it that you are offering that the other journals are not? Alright, free submission can be one of the reasons, but so what, there are other free submission journals too.

Good Question Simran..Yes we don't have nothing to boast of when compared to corporate international journals.But when compared to the junk journals which publish for money only we will be far ahead .I assure Wait till the end of 2015.

We are not a big firm to invest million dollars and make a dynamic website. We are starting with a simple website only (not the link I had given above.Website will launching this month itself)

We are a group of people who love science and we are doing what we can do to improve science.You can see our peer reviewers and editorial board members when the website is live.They are open in RG too..They are not just some names included in a page.Each and everyone is working their best to improve the journal.They have ample experience and published in journals of IF ranging from 15-25 ..They can surely helps the authors to improve their work.

Corporates are running journals in India too..But they are looting dollars and publish articles without proper review.

They are accepting papers in a hour,minute or seconds and publishing.As our journal is an open access one.You can mail our authors for the reports we are giving.Two reviewer reports and an editor report are giving by us.It will surely improve their work.

As you said there are so many established journals which publish without processing fee.But our primary aim is to procure all good work which are going to journals which accepts papers for money in a second.

As saying Indian journals I am not saying about the one running by govt.Institutes and Govnt Associations.They are doing a great job.The present fact is that they too have a great Que of quality research when they cannot publish because of the increase in number of papers.All these papers are going to be junk journal market.Here is were we think we can act.

I admit that our first issue contains only some preliminary so as we need to apply for .ISSN number.After the first issue I assure you that we will publish only research which satisfy our reviewers.If we didnt get papers we will not publish.We are only having 4 issues per year.So we will only focus to publish good research works only

But to stand out among all the free journals too, you have to outshine others in more than one way. Quality, yes, of course, it matters, but there should be some more in the offering too.

See, you yourself are ranking your own reviewers on the basis of Impact Factors, so by that standard, your journal won't have any IF as of now. To build that reputation your journal will need and will take time, So, someone who has good, great quality work, they will go to high quality journal. This contradicts the basic principal of 'loving science and improving science.' There is some great work, that do not need the support of great techniques yet it is beautiful and in that sense, great science. Ideas and concepts are never bounded, they need the freedom for expression. Quality stands the test of time.
