I look for a colleague, interested in education or social science, to produce a succinct yet clear evidence-informed introduction to link staff workloads with education outcomes - exact focus of the text tb discussed - see below.
I am working on a small paper that describes a developed algorithm to balance staff workloads when it comes to supervise and assess student final projects, I have done all the technical work including the development of case studies to show how the model works, but the initial part i.e. the introduction remains missing (I am struggling to find time to cover that important component).

Dear Pedro Martinez-Vazquez, I am ready and interested in your work. However, I would need to have the idea of the summary if possible so as to be able to research the necessary contents for the introduction.
My current work on this subject addressess the distribution of work amongst staff in a HE Institution. I have developed a mathematical model to do so and aim at showing its benefits through a case study. Being aware of the heavy workloads that staff in this sector faces (neither temporary nor particular of any region). I would like to complement the works done with the relevant social/educational/wellbeing dimensions. For example, through an introductory section which justifies engineering a model to quantify workloads, work out a fair distribution across employees, and establish criteria to define how much is good (quality)/safe (to deliver)/healthy (e.g. by considering including other commitments).
