I'd like to use Void Whizzard, a plug-in for ImageJ, but am having difficulty. My main problem is that all my VSAs are read as no spots. I think I'm having issues in the cropping stage, but I"m not positive about that.

Has anyone used this successfully who could offer some trouble-shooting tips?
