I can't help you with the image, because I'm not that sure. But, I will recommend you some books that may help you onwards:

- Cheryl L. Scudamore. "A Practical Guide to the Histology of the Mouse."

- George A Parker, Catherine A. "Atlas of Histology of the Juvenile Rat".

- Also, Piper M. Treuting, Suzanne Dintzis, Denny Liggitt and Charles W. Frevert "Comparative Anatomy and Histology A Mouse and Human Atlas" OR new "Comparative Anatomy and Histology: A Mouse, Rat, and Human Atlas", in which you can find a mouse coronal section. I attached the image. Although your section seems to be in posterior from the one in the image, I think it could guide you to identify some structures.

Embryology and histology books may help. There are several online atlases .... you would need to go riding a puzzle. Also, your photo is the same as a CT scan.
