In the figure given below, they have measured the relative viscosity of the microgels by varying the polymer concentration c(wt%). I had a doubt that, here whether they have prepared different microgels with varying the polymer concentration or they have prepared only one microgel sample and diluted it. I am not able to understand the variation in the x-axis. Can someone explain me this possible.

They should explore dependence of ralative viscosity on the concentration of microgels at different temperature. Whether the selected ones are different systems should be confirmed by turning to authors. To my knowledge, I guess it may be the same microgel sytems at different temperature.
Of course it is the same microgel at different temperatures, but they also vary the concentration and the question, I believe, regards this point.

I think that i have to prepare microgels with varying the polymer concentration keeping the crosslinking density constant, and that would indeed be the x-axis. Because if i have only single microgel sample and dilute it, i dont think that i can talk about the concentration of microgel precisely. Dont you think?
I think to answer this question, we need to actually see the caption of the figure as well. It is possible that they measured the viscosity of a PNIPAM solution (and not a gel) at different concentrations. If that is the case, then they can easily dilute the sample from one concentration to another. But if they indeed made gels by corsslinking the polymer chains, then they need to make new micro gel for each concentration.
