Anyone familiar with IL-6 and TNF-alpha concentrations in sera of healthy felines?

I'm investigating IL-6 and TNF-alpha concentrations in sera of felines with breast tumors. So far our small healthy control sample has been providing mixed results and I haven't been able to find anything in the literature. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
