Anyone familiar with G-banding (DNA) free software?

We are doing some G-banding but it is, for now, a one-time experiment, therefore we would like to avoid buying software for the banding analysis.

Does anyone know of a free G-banding analysis software?

I think that imagej software (http://imagej.nih.gov/ij ) is one if the best free softwares for scientific image processing and analysis
