I have been troubleshooting the use of this library for the isolation of antibody fragments for a couple of months with some success.However I went into some troubleshooting. I'm looking for someone that has succesfully isolated high affinity antibody fragments from this library.
Probably useless after such a long time, but we had several problems with this library. I'm happy to share experience, if still useful.
Claudia Scotti I would love to hear about your experience with this library. I have been able to isolate positive clones on a regular basis thorough phage ELISA. But I have not make the soluble ELISA work.

Hallo and thank you for your answer. Yes: I can confirm that all the clones we tested were insoluble. I'm afraid this is a major limitation of this library (and maybe not only of this one), which is the opposite of what is written in the datasheet, if I'm not wrong.
Maybe the clones require a bit of further engineering. We are trying to work on this front with clones from another library.
