I'm making an ozone-based Air purifier and need to scrub out ozone gas after the use. I read about TiO2 based photocatalytic filters but they are not available. Please suggest efficient ways to coat TiO2 onto different materials like steel mesh, activated carbon granules or MnO2.

I have experimented with coating TiO2 on a wire mesh sheet. The process is very simple, immersing the steel plate in a solution containing TiO2 NPs, ultrasonic vibration combined with heating about 80 degrees Celsius. However, the TiO2 mounting efficiency is a bit low, but still a worthwhile way.
