Dear Dr. Tanweer,

Thanks for the link. I have went through the manual and videos on you tube also. My problem is, whenever I upload data in the prescribed format of qbase+ it shows error in analysis. I will be highly obliged if you could send me the excel sheet for reference. I have done experiment with ten genes, three treatments, two tissues and three replicates of each.
