I work with R (specifically R Studio) a lot to do the stats for my research. I've just been doing some ELISAs and was looking around for an R package, that might help in analysing this type of data (specifically extrapolating absolute values from standard curves etc.) but until now haven't found anything useful online. Does anyone on here have any idea what the best methodology and/or code would be to use for this in R? In the meantime I'm using Prism, which is fine I guess, but downstream, I'd prefer using R for this, as I'm trying to keep it as my "standard" for stats etc. especially for reproducibility reasons.
