Anybody experienced Bricked Tobii Glasses2 Recording Unit (RU) after firmware Update?

Hello,

Anybody experienced bricked Tobii Glasses2 RU?

I recently updated two unit to latest version.

One from very old (close to the earliest firmware version in market) version,

and the other is recent one.

Following Tobii Pro instruction, I updated them using SD card. (Which I should NOT do.)

After update, I wait more than 30min, all the blinking gone, then I tried to reboot it.

Once the unit turned off, it NEVER turns on...

Is there anyone experienced similar issue?

Any way to force jumpstart it or revert firmware?
