Similarly to Nicolas Francart' suggestion, there used to be the Quartz project (http://quartzproject.org/), which seems to have now become HBN' Pharos project (https://www.pharosproject.net/). The database seems more adapted for (human) health impacts rather than climate change, but I haven't looked into it; it might also have what you need!
If still relevant- I would recommend the German open access Ökobaudat (https://www.oekobaudat.de). I would be careful with ICE since it refers to the british context. If you look at projects in your country ecoinvent is closest but not open access.
