my plant is Quince A (EMA) root-stock that used for pear cultivare. in in vitro micro-propagation i have very good proliferation in MS and Ql medium. but rooting rate of this explants is very week. i tested MS, QL and DKW medium with different concentration of IBA, NAA and active charcoal for rooting. Do you have any suggestions for improving the rooting percentage of this plant (quince A rootstock)?
