I am looking for a comprehensive software package to model heat transfer and fluid flow characteristics of nanofluids. I need an engine that assume nanofluid as a binary fluid involving base fluid and a guest phase (nanoparticles).

Yes the best software package is fluent, and there is lots of models such as vof mixture model, and eulerian eulerian. about CNT i think is it hard to model it as two-phase because of its 1-d morphology. It is better to evaluate its characteristics via literature corrolations and then assume it as a homogenous medium. following papers could be usefull.
