From my point of view I think that you should start seraching in SCOPUS and Pubmed with this Mesh an desh descriptors: "Nursing" "Mass incidents" "role" "During" "Multiple accident". You can also try searching in sciELO and CUIDEN. I've not try searching in Cochrane database but I'm sure they will have something.

Although there is not much bibliography about that in the last five years I've found some reviews based in evidence.
