Can anybody give me an advice? I am running a Millipore kit (cytokines and growth factors) on MagPix and there are very low intensities (for EGF is Bcg signal around 5, 1st Standard around 6...). Some months ago we had very different figures with the same kit (Bcg 30, 1st Std 38,...). Instrument is calibrated and verified, standard curve is quite poor, control samples are 70% in range. Any suggestions for troubleshooting? Thanks!
