There are many kits available to do this, but they all use protein A functionalised columns that bind IgG.

Andrew, I am well aware of these commercial kits but each one has its own limitations, e.g. input volume, efficiency etc.

I am looking for something which can be used for large volumes between range 200 μL-1000 μL and produces good results.

Feel free to add any suggestions !
