Dear All,

I am simulating the deposition/ accretion of the small particle of the nozzle wall. I have stuck this problem a month, I have worked >10 hrs a day , somebody please help me.

First, I have read papers and understand the force and mechanism of deposition.

- Turbophoresis, Drag, Diffusion and Lift are main forces of particle deposition

Therefore, I have tried Eulerian(Granular) because i am sure that once the particle deposit. Particles can block main flow (water).

Unfortunately, the granular model makes particle attach the wall and slide slowly along the nozzle wall. It can not deposit.

(Question 1: Do you think my setup is wrong or Granular is not able to do this?)

Therefore, I am gonna try DPM, but I am not sure that "Accretion in DPM" can block main phase (water).

In the other word,

Question 2 :Can "Accretion in DPM" enough to cause clogging of the main phase(Water)?

Best Regards,
