Any suggestion for doping in ZnSe thin films via aqueous chemical route?

I have worked on ZnSe thin films via aqueous chemical deposition route and obtained quality thin films. Now looking for good dopant (possibly DMS) in ZnSe thin films via the same route. If possible please provide link for relevant literature.

it depend on what you are looking for as example fro optical properties you can use Mn+2, Cu+2 or other transition element they represent good dopant for optical and electrical and other physical properties
