Any spectrophotometric method for determining selenocysteine content in protein?

Can anybody suggest a spectrophotometric method for detecting the presence of selenocysteine in a protein sample?

A number of methods are available, if u dig n try to search, i just found one among many many with relevance, bring ur mind in constructive science than else's, u will do much better... find attached paper below.. hope this helps..
