Please let me know on simulation tools to design a Parallel Plate nano Capacitors. I would like to know capacitance with changes in the dielectric, distance between the plates, thickness of the plates, dielectric etc. Kindly guide me.

I am now looking for exactly the same...
SimWindows is a tool which can be used for such kind of simulations (1D transport and charge carriers distributions in a multilayer structure), but I think it works only with semiconductors, not metals.
I you have found anything, I would greatly appreciate if you share the info with me.
