I recommend an antibody database available at labome.com. For DNMT1 antibodies, you can check this link: https://www.labome.com/review/gene/human/Dnmt1-antibody.html. In particular, Active Motif has several anti-DNMT1 abs for WB: mouse monoclonal (60B1220.1) (Active Motif, 39204) and rabbit polyclonal (Active Motif, 39905) used in western blot on mouse samples (ref: Londoño Gentile et al., Mol Cell Biol 2013). In addition, Abnova offers mouse monoclonal (60B1220.1) (Abnova, MAB0079) ab for WB. Also, Novus Biologicals has mouse monoclonal abs (Novus Biologicals, 60B1220.1) used for WB on mouse tissues. EMD Millipore has rabbit polyclonal abs used in western blot on mouse samples at 1:500 (ref: Jefferson et al., Mol Endocrinol 2013).
