Hello everyone,

I routinely use cardiac perfusion in rats to fix tissues for IHC/ISH. I use a gravity system and have optimized parameters so I get great results in animals aged PND0-adults. However, I'm going to be doing some experiments where I'm looking at the BBB and really want to make sure that the perfusions are consistent across animals.

Does anyone have a pump system that they really like? It's really important to me that I have really good control over flow rate and there's no bubbles, etc. Extra points if you have one that works well for pups!

Thanks!

Katie
