For example, none of my publications are on there anymore, I lost all citations and RG score. But the photo and title are correct. And my inbox is still full of inquiries. How do I get back the profile I built over 15 years?
This is very strange. You should contact RG's support team at https://www.researchgate.net/contact.
I experienced such problem on my LinkedIn account. It has been emptied, but my photo remined with affiliation to a new university!
You may follow my steps that I did:
1) I changed my password of my cellphone then rhe passwords of all mailbox.
2) I disconnected my linkedin acvount to the previous email amd reolaced by another email.
3) I deleted all pages of my account in Google chrome , Firefox, and etc.
4) Finally, I signed in again from a new desktop to my LinkedIn account.
All things were correct.
Albeit, these steps last a week.
Most probably, your publications are still at ResearchGate, but no longer attached to your profile. You may check this at https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Katherine-Santos-6/unconfirmed (visible only to you). However, contacting the support team may be an easier way, provided they will be able to restore the previous state of your account. At least they should be informed about this problem.
