I am looking for a simple and robust package in R to run a meta-analysis.
Please check these links

R package list for Meta Analysis

you can also found full article on RG at
Book Meta-Analysis with R
Hope this will help you.
Thank you very much, Chintan
In my experience, metafor is the most complete and valid package.
What do you mean by robust?
Thanks, Robert. I didn't mean robust in the statistical sense, but most commonly used or reliable according other users' experience.
In my experience, 'REML' method is more robust and I don't recommend 'DL' method at all.
I have used the package metafor and I can recommend it.
Package "meta" is a simple and widely used R package in meta-analysis.
Attached is a PDF file to know the codes used in that package.
As a few already mentioned in this post, I recommend metafor package from my experience.
I also found incredibly helpful its developer website:
http://www.metafor-project.org/doku.php
There are many example analyses and code for specific tests, e.g., bootstrapping with meta-analytic models or drawing nice meta-regression plots.
metafor
I´d recommend metafor, too. We just recently used it for a meta-analysis and it works fine.
This linked helped me to get started with the package:
http://www.metafor-project.org/doku.php/features
I´d recommend metafor, too.
'Metafor' with many examples
Metafor is good.
Hi, there are several R Packages useful for Meta- Analysis:
1. meta
2. metafor
3. rmeta
Good luck!
metafor works best. you may attend the full lesson at "Doing Meta-analysis in R". a very hands-on-practice. you can access with this webpage: https://bookdown.org/MathiasHarrer/Doing_Meta_Analysis_in_R/.
Good Luck!
