Is there any proteins or peptides can enter into t cell? Whatever the pathways... for example, endocytosis, via receptors or the molecules which can directly cross the cell membrane (e.g. fgf2). Besides, It is hard to find, does someone has a good way to find a proper protein meeting above requests via a database? (uniprot or NCBI protein)
Certainly, HIV must be the most popular virus which can infect t cells. I am trying to find out a protein which mainly uptaken by t cells with a more non-specific way such as pinocytosis or phargocytosis now. Do you have any recommends? Thank you. Markus Sack
