I was excited to see the new project that you're participating in - "LinkingLOD: interlinking knowledge bases". We tried to move in the same direction in attempt to develop a seamless navigation between the interlinked knowledge bases like wikidata, dbpedia, musicbrainz, etc.
I remember Dmitry Mouromtsev showing you our demos, but I'm not sure that he has demonstrated the one that illustrates the navigation in ontodia within the LOD cloud. I'd be happy if you could look at the demo and recommend us what we can further do in order to possibly collaborate while moving in the same direction.

I totally understand your concerns about the stability of the resources that are being linked together. Since our project - Ontodia - is a commercial one, we are taking a great deal of learning about the tools we are having dependencies on.
By the way, one of the approaches for ensuring the responsiveness of the resources is to host them, like we do with some of the sources we use. For instance, our partner, metaphactory GmbH hosts wikidata and in this manner we all are quite confident in its behaviour.
Is your project of a commercial background?
We started a e-learning platform by hiring a service provider (Thors) who offered such service, for our foundry.
