We have noticed Mr. Jeffrey Beall's list for a long time. It is full of personal assumptions and biases. We think Mr. Jeffrey Beall tries to build his own name by libelling others. For example, he misstated that CCSE is not a Canadian organization — in fact, we have operated in Toronto, Canada, for more than ten years. We pointed out his mistakes and misstatements. However, he has never made an apology to us for his mistakes.
In the Internet world, anyone can publish his/her own viewpoints and ideas online, and it is easy to start a personal blog. Anyone has the right of speech freedom. Certainly, we respect freedom of speech, and we welcome the comments from the scholarly community. However, defamation is illegal. Our legal team is working to protect our reputation.
Please believe we are a serious and rigorous scholarly publisher. When you judge a journal publisher, please do not look at Beall's list, but look at how the journal selects articles and at its article quality. For example, please see:

- Acceptance Rate: the overall acceptance rate is about 55%, which is more selective than other journals in this industry.

i think just been on beall's list shouldn't be a yardstick used to judge the credibility of a journal, if you are really interested you can do a further investigation about it's indexing by PubMed, and other renowned databases.
This will give you a clearer picture of your next line of action.
