I don't know a list of countries without reserved political seats for women. However, a list of countries with reserved seats for women, minorities or other segments of society as well as a list of countries formerly had reserved seats can be found in the link below. You might be able to make the first type of list using the latter two lists.

Dear Norman, Ukraine does not have reserved political positions and parliamentary seats for women. However, the law 'On Equal Rights and Opportunities of                         women and men' was passed 2005.
