Publication requirements: The search should be written as Latex form.

I am citing the instructions from Google that show that you do not need a certain conversion software, because Word does the conversion itself. Here are the instructions:
" Open the converted LaTeX document in your favorite editor (Microsoft Notepad or another text editor can be used). Depending on Microsoft Word settings, GrindEQ Math will appear in the Microsoft WordRibbon. Just select a part of your document you want to convert and press the appropriate GrindEQ button. "
There are no program available to convert Word to latex, since both are having different architecture, Just you have to copy from word to latex
Word is based on What You See Is What You Get contept while Latex is based on What You Mean Is What You Get. There are no posibilities to convert files between this two application. You have to learn the basics of Latex and the particular template used by given publisher or order a transformation of the text to professionals.
The first steps in using latex will be easier when you choose user-friendly LaTex editor. I recommend LyX:
