It depends on the availability of government information and e-services and its impact to the users' economic benefits/growth depending on how the user measures economic benefits and growth and in which sector he operates.

Yes, it is about the rural people's access to information and e-government services through multipurpose telecenters and the users' perceptions of the economic benefits they are getting out of the services provided by those centers.
