We are trying to study the functional biodiversity and its beneficial effects on food production. We already have some papers on functional plant biodiversity effecting:
1. quality of milk
2. quantity of milk
3. quality of meat
(how a botanically diverse feed can have beneficial effects on end products)
A correlation is yet to be established between honey production (antioxidant amd antimicrobial properties) and biodiversity, other food models will also be encouraged.
