My paper reports on research with regard to the use of an innovative networking interface for the continuing professional development of teachers. Please advice me about an excellent journal to send it to.

It depends on your angle on it. Teaching and teacher education publishes this kind of work often if it is more focused on the teachers rather than the technology.
