As far as I see this you would need a metal sealing, but this will not with the glass tube.
I have two ideas:
1. Have a steel or titanium flange permanently fixed to the tube. Than you can use a CF or a Swagelok.
2. Use a longer Glass tube in order to move the interface to a position where the temperature is lower.

Sorry for uploading this question again, its an error from my side.
1. As far as I know permanently fixed flanges to quartz tube don't work at these temperatures and pressures mostly it will work in vacuum
2. We are restricted to increase the tube length because of some design issues
The current design is made for temperatures 250°C so in this design bronze tube can withstand.
For 800°C we are thinking to water cool the bronze tube.
Its hard to cool quartz tube with water cooling because of some design restrictions.
So the only possible way we see is the new sealing mechanism
I know that my question is not so clear but I cant really explain all my design problems in the question I just make it brief
The heat conductivity of bonce is at least 50 times higher than the of the glass. So this cooling will also cool down the interface position where you want to place the sealing. As a result, you may not need any redesign of the sealing.
The main issue may be Energy transported via thermal radiation. You may need some light shield.
You could coat the FS with a thin metallic layer (just at the sealing position) in order to shield the sealing from thermal radiation.
